Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all protective seals and C-beauty/K-beauty authenticity stickers are intact.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of approval.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
